Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and will forfeit any deposit paid.
Clients with repeated no-shows may be declined future booking privileges.
